My fiance ordered me beautiful flowers just because through an online flower distributor. They were delivered and created by Flowers and Things. The flowers when delivered were beautiful - the next day they were all wilting and well on their way to dead. We called the online ordering place and per their policy they issued a credit towards a future order and called Flowers and Things to do a pick up of the dying flowers with a redeliver. Flowers and Things Refused - when the company we ordered from called to discuss the person they spoke with at Flowers and THings was horribly rude and disrespectful. The online company put a note in their system to never use Flowers and Things for deliveries again! Dont waste your money, time or energy with these people, horrible service and then they will lob choice words with you over the phone! Not the service I expect when he spends $60+ on flowers...
